Mashed Cauliflower (so simple to make!):
Steam a head of organic cauliflower for
10
minutes.
Put in food processor until smooth.
Add in anything you like (for instance, roasted garlic, parsley, olive oil, rosemary, etc)
Celery root works great, too, if you don’t have cauliflower.
Enjoy!
