Mashed Cauliflower (so simple to make!):

  • Steam a head of organic cauliflower for 10 minutes.
  • Put in food processor until smooth.
  • Add in anything you like (for instance, roasted garlic, parsley, olive oil, rosemary, etc)
  • Celery root works great, too, if you don’t have cauliflower.
